Great villa and a superb location. The outside areas were well maintained and the pool was very clean. We had the perfect views from the terrace to the sea, watching the boats go by. We also had a great time in some of the restaurants nearby and tried their local specialties which were really tasty. We have the best holiday ever and we will come again!

Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and linen. Excellent swimming pool with a sea view! Well equipped, and close to everything. Great location. The owner and the agents were very helpful during the stay and always on hand. While we were there, we visited Kas and Fethiye and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, and restaurants). I highly recommend this property!

We had the most wonderful holiday ever! The terrace has stunning views of the local area and the bay. The pool was soo big and enough for 10 people. We visited the beautiful Patara beach, the famous shopping street, and some nice restaurants. The villa & the town of Kalkan are lovely places for a family holiday. Very polite and helpful staff. We plan to return in the near future.
