A short drive inland, from Cala d’Or and Porto Colom, you will discover the green valley of 'Horta', covered in Olive Trees. In the traditional village there is a church with a small plaza at the centre. There are 2 excellent restaurants serving traditional food, a few local bars, two small supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank.
