This property is wonderfully kept and in a fantastic location. The owner is available if needed and is welcoming and friendly. All 4 bedrooms are a good size and spacious. There is ample seating inside and outside the property. The kitchen has everything needed. The pool and surrounding garden is fantastic. The added bonus is the wonderful views of the town of Cortona on the hillside. I would highly recommend a visit to Cortona, which is wonderful and a short car journey away. Great Villa

Its stunning scenery, amazing views and it is the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable villa with rustic-traditional decorations. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Outside very specious courtyard with a great pool and garden area for kids to play. We visited Arezzo, Perugia, and Castiglione del Lago a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious Italian specialties in local restaurants there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

From the moment we arrive all were forgotten. Living areas in the house are very spacious and a great dining table outside. The variety of culinary in Tuscany is outstanding. A nice quiet place to relax. We would go back here again.
