Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the views were appreciative. Villa Kyknos was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with en-suite bathrooms. Nice spacious outside area with private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful and remote location only a 3-minute car trip from the bustling center of Spartochori which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Spartochori and at Agrios and Nylec beaches where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Spartochori and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Kyknos! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach (Agrios Beach), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Meganissi and would definitely recommend Villa Kyknos!

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Spartahori, Katomeri, and Vathy are ( all reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive) . The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Villa Kyknos is a fabulous villa. Perfectly situated in a secluded spot just outside Spartochori village. The villa was immaculately clean, the pool was amazing and Meganisi is the most beautiful island I have visited. Would definitely recommend Beach Villas and Villa Kyknos to anyone wanting great service for a get away from it all holiday.

We had a great week staying at the villa and Lette and Paul were so accomodating, quick to respond to our needs. The short walk into the village was ideal. We would definitely love to return.

This is a wonderful villa. Perfect location with fabulous views and a convenient walk into the village. We try never to go to the same place twice but this might make me change that rule. The owner is so responsive and helpful thank you Letta X This is a fabulous villa.

Beautiful island and fantastic villa, swimming pool huge, Letta very helpful but very discrete and really cleans the villa twice a week in great detail. Local Greek people so friendly and helpful down to delivering our food for free when they realised we had no car. If you are a fit family you do not need a car as walk to port and beach is close if steep Hiring a boat means you can see the island in its entirety Greek night at nearest taverns great fun. I would recommend this holiday one of our best ever
