Overall a good holiday. The property is quite remote. I personally feel that the twin room should be the larger room downstairs. A very spacious and comfortable property .

We were delighted with the Villa ELENI the views were just outstanding and it was a pure delight to sit on the balcony in all weathers. Temperatures were cool in May during our stay but the layout of the house meant you could always find a sunny spot to relax. You do need a car as villa is up a hill and relatively remote which we really enjoyed. Yannis market in Sinies was very good value and restaurants in Agios Stephanos were first rate. Couldn't fault the service from the Beach Villas team. Cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. Welcome pack was as described and we went down to the shop Aphrodite and paid. Directions to the property were first class. WiFi was good. Views were stunning.

Great location, spacious room, amazing view, We spent a few nights here and found the location to be absolutely stellar! It?s steps away from the cafes along numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and sights in the old town.. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the ferries come and go! All three rooms had private balconies.. Wonderfull place to visit. Recommend this highly

We enjoyed so much our family holiday. The views were stunning, especially the sunsets each evening, enjoyed with a chilled glass of local wine while we tucked into some freshly prepared Meza! Our fond memories linger on...........
