A brilliant holiday in a wonderful villa by the sea. The pool was clean and wonderful to dip into and the house had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to the sea and a local beach bar, but it felt secluded. A great villa and I would definitely recommend it as a place for families or friends to stay.

We had the most amazing time in Hector Beach Villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Paphos and would definitely recommend Hector Beach Villa!

If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Hector Beach Villa is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view from the upper terrace during the day offers an exceptional experience between men and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the garden, played there all day long and when they get bored we switched to the near beach and enjoyed playing with sand, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We visited Latsi, Polis, and Argaka a couple of times. It’s a nice place with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Hector Beach Villa and Polis made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Hector Beach Villa to you all.

Wonderfully peaceful semi-rural location. A spacious villa with pretty outside space and a beautiful outlook. An easy 25 minutes walk into Latchi along a flat path which is lit at night. Recommended.

The area of that property is an A+ for us. A peasful place and a really nice natural beach. We had it for our own most times. Good Distance to latchi Harbour and Restaurants, but car needed. We were good suprised about Beach Villas Service. Sms notifications, Communication, etc. Really good! This was a really nice Holiday for us with our children and im sure well book again.

We enjoyed the villa and location between Polis and Latchi was good. No distance at all to supermarkets and to restaurants (which were plentiful) and we had some decent meals there.Swimming pool pleasant and a pretty garden and plenty of space inside the villa. All in all a nice place to stay and very relaxing. Beach Villas provided an excellent service.
