The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There are also beautiful beaches (Mavralis and Argaka Sandy beach) within a few minutes drive where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Kynousa very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in a beautiful secluded location, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Argaka and Polis are ( both reachable within a short 10-15 minutes drive). Most of our time we enjoyed ourselves at the local Argaka Sandy beach. Nice sunsets and great leisure time there. Overall impression...The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Located in a complex of three adjoining villas, but each has privacy. Nice location with sea views. Some lovely tavernas are a short drive away. Just what we needed for a large family.

The perfect place for relax! The place of villa is unique. It is situated on the hill, with cypress forest arround and with amazing sea view. The place is easy to access - it is very near to the road to the Achillion and near to the palace itself. The interior is very cosy and makes us feel just like we are home. The comfort and cleanness are excellent. Drinking my morning coffe, enjoying the nice look at the blue sea and feeling calm breeze is incomparable pleasure. I can easily understand why princess Sissy had chosen this place for her summer retreat...

Fabulous location! Short drive to town with good food and shops of interest. The neighborhood was also nice. house was comfy and nice backyard with pool,BBQ with nice sea views. This was 2nd time at this villa and each time I enjoy more and more.

Villa Kinousa 2 we have stayed 3 times in. My family and I are big fan of Cyprus. You definitely want to hire a car to get around but you will have an awesome time. The people are friendly, fresh seafood almost anywhere. The villa is clean and well equipped and a nice size pool to enjoy.

Stunning Villa with gallery size well equipped kitchen. Superb area, nice outdoor space with beautiful sea views and within walking distance (just) of everything. Think we would want a car if we went in August though due to the heat.
