The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The villa itself is very beautiful with a lovely big garden and a swimming pool. Outside are a dining area and a BBQ as well. The location is so quiet. Perugia and Termi are one of the places that we already visited and where we tasted some of the best lasagnas. We also like their local wines. We will be recommending this villa to all our friends and family.

The villa and Umbria were perfect for my family. The property was simple and clean and had good value for money. Nice outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place. We also appreciated the excellent service that we received from the agency and we have already booked this villa again for next year.

The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We visited Parrano and Castiglione del Lago during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. Thanks a lot for everything. Overall beautiful villa in a beautiful area.

We were definitely breathing much better with all the greeneries around us. When the children and grandchildren arrived our group of 8 were totally happy with the pool and location. A nice quiet place to relax. I highly recommend this property. The best holiday that we ever had!

For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day. While we were there, we visited: Piscine Naturali and La Scarzuola and spent an amazing time there. I would recommend staying here for sure.

We really enjoyed the rest in Villa Il Melograno. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. The views are beautiful and quiet. We returned full of energy to our home. We had an amazing holiday!
