Highly recommended clean, modern villa with a private pool and parking. The villa has everything you need (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glass, dish washer, washing machine, hair blower and multiple TVs). Air conditioning in every room and WiFi works. Every floor has a bathroom with its own shower, sink, toilet and boiler - and offers a balcony. The top floor features a bath tub. Theres a dining room, a living room and a place for computer work (with a screen to put behind you for a video call). Theres room to dine and barbecue outside and there are sunbeds near the pool which also features a shower. The beach is nearby, as are several restaurants, shops and entertainment. The apartment was clean when we arrived and was cleaned while we were there.

The bedrooms and pool are lovely and the views from the villa are incredible. The location is great for bakery, cafe, beach, mini markets and wide choice of tavernas and restaurant. You need to be fit for the steep slope! We really enjoyed our stay. Recommend the local bakery, Coffee Lovers, Lord Byron and Verde Blu for food.

Our villa experience was superb. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities for a perfect holiday. The pool was a highlight, offering clean waters and endless relaxation. Highly recommend this agency for an unforgettable vacation!

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. With in walking distance to restaurants, pubs, grocery, beach even golf course. perfect place to enjoy morning sea views listening to the sounds of nature. This was also a perfect place to gather in the evening and watch the sunset and have family/friends meals. Place is spotless and well equipped.

Sparkling clean Villa. It was exactly as we pictured. Kitchen was well equipped. This was perfectly located. Great outdoor space and very nice pool area.

Best Experience ever. We rented this villa for a short family trip and the experience was incredible. The villa was looked better than in the pictures. The villa offered nice sea views.

We have always visited Kassiopi, however, Barbati was so much better than we ever imagined. beach was perfect as too the tavernas. No wonder we cannot help but visit Corfu every year. Villas like this just keep us coming back and back!

We enjoyed a delightful and quiet stay at Situla. Cindy, the manager, was on hand for anything we needed and recommended some of the best tavernas we have ever enjoyed in Greece. Food was divine and surprisingly inexpensive. Beach was lovely. Just wished we had booked the villa for longer, rather than the hotel that we moved into after (hubbys choice and I made sure he realized my disappointment there!) We plan to come back in 2019 and stay at Villa Situala for a full 2 wks next time! Thank you!
