The villa was located in a good place, not too far away from the supermarket and restraunts were withing walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.

Just arrived back from a week in the Julianne 2 and it was fantastic. The pool was lovely, especially with it being heated. Will definitely be going again!

Amazing villa , very spacious both inside & out , swimming pool , table tennis , pool table great location , close too shops , beach , restaurant & bars etc .

All in all we had a good holiday in this villa, plenty off space, nice pool, decent enough location, have to say the showers could do with attention as their only really a trickle but usable, had a couple off small issues along the way but rectified quickly once reported, all in all a very good holiday here and would use again and recommend

This was our first family villa holiday consisting of my mother and father in law, myself and husband and two sons age 4 and 6 years. We took a taxi from the airport and arrived within 15 minutes to the villa earlier than expected but as described in the information provided by Agni Travel our key was in the key safe. The villa from start to finish blew us away. It was spotlessly clean had lots of space and was good for my mother and father in law to have their own space upstairs out of the way with their own balcony if needed. What really sold it for us was the outside space. In April the sun came on the terrace for around 9am and didna€™t leave it until around 7pm. It was a real sun trap and even the floor was too hot to walk on at times. The men and children enjoyed the pool table and we all had a go at table tennis. The swimming pool was our sons dream come true. It had a cover which we placed on every night to keep it warm and stop debris from the wind going in it. The temperature was like a warm bath at times and was deep at both ends. Thankfully both our sons can swim so we were confident to watch them from the side of the pool. It was so much more relaxing than a huge complex pool where you are constantly head counting and feel on edge. The kitchen was fab and had everything we needed and we made full use of the washing machine come home with a case full of clean dried washing! We used the air con some nights and even put it on heat temp whilst getting ready one night as it was a little chilly. During the day it was hot but it cooled at night so we took cardigans and hooded jackets which were perfect. Location wise was great. No need for a car. 5 minutes walk to Lidl or a little longer in the opposite direction to the superdino. Lidl will ring a taxi to bring you home for less than 3 Euroa€™s which saves carrying water and heavy bags when you do a big shop. 10-15 mins walk to the old town harbour and around 20-25 mins to the start of the strip. We tended to walk to the strip from breakfast some days (2.50 euro full English!) and then alternate between strip and old town at night. If we walked to the strip at night wea€™d get a taxi home again for less than 3 euros. The biosfera shopping centre is close and we did the crazy golf there which we all loved. We want to try the outdoor cinema next time! Eating out and alcohol was so much better value than at home and we ate some beautiful meals. From start to finish the holiday was one of our best yet and we have already said we would love to return. Agni Travel have been great to deal with and the villa was amazing. Cana€™t recommend it enough! So sad to be home...

Really nice villa in a really convenient spot to get into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen 10 minute wall to the Biosphere shopping centre. Villa is lovely and comfortable. Pool was great and the terrace is a little suntrap !

There is no instructions for tv or how to use the tv box, but this villa was very clean, with a perfect location.

We love the resort and the accomodation was fantastic. Every part of our holiday went without a hitch and the information provided before arrival was excellent - as was the standard of Villa Julianne Carmen 2. Would definitely recommend.

Villa was great. Swimming pool was great, table tennis and pool table are great entertainment. Villa situated really well, close shop was helpful, only 10 mins to all bars and shops, easy for taxi back at 2 euros. Villa was great, beds were very firm and not very comfortable but didna€™t make any difference to a great holiday. Thank you again for the birthday gifts for my wife, ita€™s very appreciated.

We had a lovely holiday. The villa is situated in a perfect location. The outside space is great.

We stayed in Villa Julianne Carmen 2 for two weeks from June 14th -1st July, there were 5 of us staying,my wife, son, daughter, granddaughter and myself. There are 3 large bedrooms so there was lots of space for everyone, 2 bathrooms which was great for getting ready to head out. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent. The kitchen was well set up and stocked with all the necessary utensils which was great for the few evenings we stayed in and cooked. The outside space is very good with 6 sun loungers, decent sized swimming pool, table tennis and a pool table (godsend for our teenage son). Within walking distance you have the Lidl and Spar supermarkets, the Villa itself is ideally located between the Old and New towns old Puerto Del Carmen. There are a few hills to negotiate but if you dont fancy walking taxis are cheap and readily available. I would highly recommend the following restaurants: Runas (beside Craic agus Ceol Irish Bar). Restaurante Playa Del Mar (mixed grill to die for). Casa Tina is also excellent. Id also recommend a visit to the Rancho Texas western night, great for all the family. Lastly I cant recommend Agni Travel enough, they are a great company to deal with, we had one small issue and it was rectified straight away. Well definitely be using them again.

We all had a really good holiday at the villa, excellent location and the pool and table tennis table were good. I must say there are no bad points and I will definitely return to this villa and would recommend the villa and Agni travel.

A lovely place to stay, probably the best so far in lanzarote, that we have staying in, it being our fourth holiday rental using agni travel. Location is great, with the old town a stroll downhill, shops, restaurants and pubs close by, but being slightly away from it all, a very quiet villa to stay in. Lidl is a few mins away, just follow the oneway system on calle salinas and turn left, opens from 8.30am to 10pm, great for morning pastries, fresh fruit and great value. The spar, just beside the disa petrol station has a good deli counter. The beach IsIa a good walk away, 15mins, but manageable. I could definately say that this property does not need a car rental, as its so close to everything. A taxi from the airport is approx a‚¬15-18. Kitchen is well equipped, and the sitting room is comfy. The two downstairs bedrooms are off this sitting room. The bedroom upstairs has a balcony with great seaviews. Both baths are smaller than standard baths at home, but werent a problem. Lots to do in peurto del carmen for families and the walk along the seafront is lovely. You can walk to matagorda and if you dont fancy the walk back, you can catch a bus to the old town of puerto del carmen again. In fact the,bus,from the airport, 161, drops,off across from la vista restaurant, and is,only a,short walk from there to the villa. All,in, I can recommend this place!!

A lovely villa, very clean with all the amenities we were expecting. Swimming pool nice and warm. We enjoyed the pool and table tennis tables very much. A bit of a walk to nearby restaurants/beach but having the large Lidl within a 5 minute walk was very handy. Would not hesitate to return again

A great villa in a great location! Was very impressed with how clean the villa was and how nice the local agent was. It was very spacious and cozy and felt like home during my stay. Im planning to stay here again soon!

Terrific location, quiet and yet easy walk to beach and restaurants. The pool was really warm, like a bath and the garden enclosed so was more private than we expected. On arrived 2 bulbs inside blown, however, they replaced the next day - great service. Nearby Lidl supermarket was perfect for BBQ each night.

Lovely villa great location central to everything our third visits to Lanzarote staying in a villa and Julianne no 2 was without doubt one of the best will definitely look to book again if available. Thank you From start to finish everything was great and accurate throughout.

Overall a very nice place to stay nice area, pool was nice and clean and plenty big enough for a family of 6. Very clean and modern and looked just like it did in the pictures. Would go again

Just returned from a 4 night stay for my husbands 30th Birthday. Brilliant time the villa is only a short walk into the town and a local shop round the corner. The villa was very nice we really enjoyed our time and the table tennis and pool table were an added bonus. Thank you

Had a lovely time staying here for a week. Villa very comfortable throughout with air-con in the 3 bedrooms. Swimming pool was heated which was a bonus. Only about 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants in the harbor area and about 15 mins walk to beach area and the numerous restaurants and bars there. Although there is a bit of a hill to walk back up to the villa it is not too bad as we managed it most nights however a taxi costs less than 5 Euros. Less than 10 mins walk to a Lidl and other smaller supermarkets the villa is ideally situated for everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends and would definitely consider hiring again if we returned to the area

The villa is well proportioned in an excellent location easy access to old new town. The booking system online was very easy, the information prior to arrival was excellent. We would certainly consider Agni Travel again in future.

The Villa was lovely the pool was great and heated so we could use it all the time the beds were comfy. I slept better than I do at home. It was clean every attention to detail had been covered the bed linen was crisp and white and ironed perfectly The whole villa was perfectly clean and tidy the mid stay clean was a great touch The cleaning/maintenance lady was very pleasant always a smile and a wave and nothing was too much trouble for her the villa was in a great location perched just a the top of the hill a great way to walk off your evening meal after dining out at one of the many restaurants in Purto del Carmen. Villa in residential quiet area. Nearest local road is one-way so only hear cars very occasionally. Nice views of ocean to left and mountains to right from upper balcony. Good WiFi. Ideal for children youth due to ping pong, billiards and pool in the garden. Pool lovely temperature as heated. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels provided. Dishwasher washing machine and outdoor drying rack - ideal for a family. Excellent Lidl supermarket a five minute walk with bread, croissants, pastries and donuts baked daily. Overall would recommend this property. Really good.

I have to say this was our first holiday to lanzarote and our first time stopping in a villa and we have all agreed it was amazing. The whole holiday was fantastic. I cant praise the villa enough it was beautiful and we will definitely be booking again. Thankyou
